I just bought this and planned on using one bottle for my 4 year old and one for my almost 3 year old. It worked wonders for my 4 year old and he no longer sucks his thumb. The directions say not to use it in children under 3 because their tastebuds are not developed yet. Of course I tried it anyway just to make sure. My 33 month old basically just sucked it right off of his finger as if there was nothing there. Sooo, we will try with him again in about six months or so to see if there are any changes. Overall, we are very pleased and I can't wait to try it on my youngest when the time comes!

have bitten my nails for my entire life and I am 23. I have tried several other methods to stop biting but nothing ever worked. This product has a very bitter and disgusting taste. I used it for about three weeks and haven't bitten my nails since, now I have long pretty nails that I am not ashamed of. You have to be consistent with this product though if you don't put it daily like it suggests then it will wear off and you will be tempted to bite again. The only problem was eating finger foods, if I got my finger in my mouth at all it ruined the meal. The taste is hard to get out of your mouth you have to rinse with something that has a strong taste. This is a great product. I suggest only getting the single pack though 1 bottle is more than enough.
